This research line examines how interest can be triggered, maintained, and developed during learning. We study how design features such as emotional design, narratives, and value framing influence learners’ motivation, attention, and sustained engagement. The goal is to understand how learning environments can support not only immediate comprehension, but also longer-term interest in the subject matter.
