In der robusten Regelung wird die Diskrepanz zwischen einem realen Prozess und dem für seine Beschreibung gewählten Modell beim Reglerentwurf berücksichtigt. Dies ist in der Praxis von wesentlicher Bedeutung, da mathematische Modelle einen realen Prozess nur näherungsweise beschreiben können. Daher ist es notwendig, dass gewünschte Performance-Anforderungen wie die Unterdrückung externer Störungen und eine gute Referenzführung sowie die Stabilität des geschlossenen Regelkreises nicht nur für das Nominalmodell, sondern für eine ganze Modellfamilie gewährleistet sind. Auf diese Weise können Modellierungs- und Approximationsfehler berücksichtigt werden. Das Ziel dieses Projekts ist die Entwicklung neuartiger Entwurfsverfahren für (robuste) H∞-Regler für den Fall dynamischer Systeme mit grosser Zustandsraumdimension und/oder mit Totzeiten. Um dieses Problem anzugehen, planen wir den Aufbau eines optimierungsbasierten Verfahrens, das reduzierte Regler durch den Einsatz adaptiver interpolatorischer Modellreduktionstechniken auf dem gegebenen Streckenmodell konstruiert.
