The trianguline variety for reductive groups
In joint work with M. Moakher and J. Quast, we study the trianguline variety X^tri associated with a reductive group G, i.e. the variety parameterizing pairs of p-adic, G-valued trianguline representations of the absolute Galois group of a p-adic field together with the parameter of a triangulation. We use an analogue of the local model of Breuil-Hellmann-Schraen to study the local geometry of X^tri, and deduce an accumulation property for crystalline points.
